Use in Ex and non-Ex zones
SECU Truck Control is modular and intended for use in Ex and non-Ex zones, while the system itself must be installed in a protected area.
Telematics, sensors, and geo-fencing for tanker fleets and depot workflows.
SECU Truck Control and SECU MultiTank SPD support alerting, tracking, and event histories. Combined with SECU App or SECU Client, you get a traceable record of events with time and location.

SECU Truck Control supports up to 64+4 inputs and 40+2 outputs, plus analog channels.
Tracking, geo-fencing, and email warnings are supported.
When access happens outside defined workflows, it often shows up only during later reconciliation of delivery documents, quantities, or inventory. Without consistent event data, root cause and accountability are hard to establish.
Unclear access events can lead to disputes about quantity and quality. They also create safety risk when couplings or valves are opened in areas that are not intended for handling product.
Events can be recorded with time and location and contextualised through tracking and geo-fencing. Warnings are sent by email so dispatch and security teams can react quickly.
The system can connect to a wide range of tanker sensors and transfer events promptly.
Typical signals include dome lid sensors, API sensors, bottom valve sensors, and instrument cabinet sensors. Coded deliveries can be enabled as an option.
On wrong position or unauthorised access, alarms are generated automatically. Email warnings can be sent to any number of addresses.
Routes, access events, and incidents can be reviewed afterwards with time and location. Historical data can be filtered and displayed on maps.
