Integrated Secu-Tech Solutions
Industrial-Grade Protection
Our solutions operate at different levels. They reach their full strength in combination.
Protecting Critical Infrastructure
In critical infrastructure, damage must be prevented, errors stopped, and transparency ensured. Regardless of industry or medium. This includes energy, industrial, logistics, supply, and military infrastructure.
Overfill Prevention
Prevent overfill at delivery by monitoring the level limit and triggering a controlled shutoff of the loading or unloading process. Designed to integrate with common overfill probes and European interfaces for fuel logistics.
Connect the safety chain
Connect the tank overfill probe interface (cable or radio system depending on configuration) and confirm readiness on the receiver or display unit.
Automatic permissive check
Before product transfer, the system verifies the signal chain. Only a valid chain enables the transfer process.
Continuous monitoring
During unloading, the level limit and signal integrity are monitored. Faults, disconnects, or radio loss are treated as unsafe conditions.

Product Mixing Prevention
Product recognition at the point of transfer helps prevent cross-drops: the wrong product entering the wrong tank compartment. By using a defined digital interface at the coupling, the system can verify product codes and enable or block the delivery based on the configured rules.
Define product codes and tank acceptance rules
Configure allowed products per tank or compartment and align codes across depot, fleet, and station interfaces.
Verify at the coupling
At loading or discharge, the digital interface exchanges product related information and checks it against the configured rules.
Enable or block the transfer
If the combination is valid, the process continues. If not, the system signals a block and supports a controlled stop before contamination occurs.

Theft prevention and tamper detection
Combine vehicle sensors with geo-fencing and automated email warnings. You can spot tampering promptly and later review routes, accesses, and events consistently.
Connect sensors and define rules
Typical signals include dome lid sensors, API sensors, bottom valve sensors, and instrument cabinet sensors. Coded deliveries can be enabled as an option.
Tracking, geo-fencing, and alerting
On wrong position or unauthorised access, alarms are generated automatically. Email warnings can be sent to any number of addresses.
Review history and take action
Routes, access events, and incidents can be reviewed afterwards with time and location. Historical data can be filtered and displayed on maps.

Wireless Data Transmission Systems
SECU DATA wireless systems enable cable-free transmission of measurement data from hazardous and non-hazardous areas, with ranges up to 1.5 km and ATEX Zone 1 certification.
Signal input and conditioning
SECU DATA accepts 4-20mA analog signals, relay contacts, Namur signals, TRbF signals, and RS232 data from process sensors and instruments.
433 MHz radio transmission
Data is transmitted via 433 MHz radio with ranges up to 1.5 km. Special barriers with high current yield and stable output voltage enable Ex Zone 1 applications.
Receiver output to control systems
The receiver regenerates the original signal format for connection to PLCs, SCADA systems, or local displays without ground loop interference.

Tank Level Measurement
Accurate and reliable level data supports inventory control, delivery planning, and alarm thresholds. The product portfolio includes ultrasonic monitoring for many non-pressurised tanks, as well as high-accuracy solutions for mobile and specialised applications.
Select the measurement principle
Choose a suitable method for your tank and medium, such as ultrasonic monitoring or high-accuracy systems for specialised use cases.
Install and commission
Install the sensor and configure tank geometry, units, and alarm thresholds as required by the application.
Use the data locally or remotely
Show levels on a local display and optionally transmit data for dashboards, reports, and alerts.

Dead-Man Systems and Emergency Stop
Implement a dead-man workflow with configurable acknowledgement intervals. On timeout, radio loss, or fault conditions, the system brings the operation to a safe stop.
Start and timer
After enabling the operation, the dead-man timer counts down visibly and must be acknowledged in time.
Warning and safe stop
Before timeout, an audible or visual warning is issued. If acknowledgement is not provided, the system stops the operation automatically.
Remote control functions
Depending on configuration, functions such as pump start, pump stop, speed control, fill stop, and emergency stop are available. Ex-rated components and placement of amplifiers are designed according to the site zoning concept.

Mobile Solutions for Tanker-Trucks
Complete level measurement system with data transmission and local display for tanker trucks, measuring fill levels and temperature continuously and transmitting to fleet management software.
Precision level sensing with TORRIX Mobile
High-accuracy magnetostrictive probes measure level and temperature continuously in up to 10 compartments, with optional water-bottom detection via dual float configuration.
Local display with IntelliTank
Vehicle-mounted IntelliTank displays show temperature-compensated volumes for all compartments, with configurable high/low level alarms and external alarm outputs.
Fleet telemetry with Truck Monitoring
Truck Monitoring software receives GPS position, geo-fence events, and level data for route tracking, delivery verification, and theft detection via unusual withdrawal alerts.
